What lesson can be learned from an old stone wall built during the Nazi occupation of Budapest? It wasn’t until five years later after the tyrannical lockdowns and quarantines that were placed on citizens globally that I realized the link between this story that took place in the Budapest Jewish Ghetto over 80 years ago and what we have just experienced since 2020.
